Meet Sarah! She started her rehabilitation journey by going to Norquest College to take the
Interdisciplinary Therapy Assistant program and Graduated in 2016.
She wanted a more in-depth understanding of manual therapy and decided to attend Grant MacEwan
University which she graduated in 2018.
You name a condition; she has worked on it. Her focus is treating the symptoms of the disorders and
providing the client a better aspect of wellness and living.
She found a love with working with those who are pregnant and postpartum after having her son which showed how much was lacking in treating these clients.
She
focuses on nerve disorders like sciatica, carpal tunnel, numbness in limbs from pregnancy related pressures as well as reducing stress and the physical toll pregnancy takes on the body.
She helps those postpartum to slowly bring awareness to areas that are restricted and sore from pregnancy as well as now looking after a newborn.
On top of pre-natal and postpartum massage, she also offers Myofascial cupping, Graston M1, TMJ
Release, K-taping and headache/migraines/concussion therapy.
In her spare time, you find her riding her horse (which loves her massages too), swimming or running after her lively son.
We hope to see you soon and begin your wellness journey!
